     * Gold Members are entitled to receive a NT$600 shopping credit (shopping credit is remitted on the 10th of January / April / July / October every year).

     ** Platinum Members are entitled to receive a NT$1,200 shopping credit (shopping credit is remitted on the 10th of January / April / July / October every year).

     *** Platinum Members are entitled to receive 5,000 points (points is remitted on the 10th of January / April / July / October every year).

  • The system will automatically update the membership level daily, and determine the upgrade/downgrade/renewal of the membership based on the upgrade qualification. If an ordinary member meets the upgrade conditions, the upgrade qualification will only be evaluated based on the payment status of the order amount of "paid". If the member reaches the amount set in the upgrade/renewal conditions, the upgrade/renewal membership will be executed.
  • The membership upgrade and renewal conditions are based on 12 months, and the total spending amount within 12 months after first purchase can be eligible for upgrade or renewal.
  • Upgraded members will start to enjoy preferential rewards next time they shop. After logging in, members can go to "My Account" to view the current membership level, expiration date, discounts and account purchase information.
  • If an order that has been discounted for shopping credit is cancelled, the shopping credit will not be refunded.
  • If you do not register/log in to the membership system, you will not be able to accumulate and upgrade to become a reward member.
  • The total purchase amount cannot be combined with other accounts.
  • Membership discount and promotional discount cannot be combined. When member discount and promotional discount coexist, the system will automatically select a higher discount at checkout.
  • The current spending amount for reaching the membership upgrade will not be included in the calculation of the designated amount for the renewal.
