RETURNS/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

At DERM iNSTITUTE it is important to us that our customers are 100% satisfied with the quality and results of all of our products. For your convenience, should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, you may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange. Please follow our reasonable guidelines for making a quick and easy return: 

Refund/Exchange process:  

  • Please apply for “Returns” on customer service mailbox within 7 days (including weekends and national holidays) to send back your product(s).  Please note that all products, including free samples, gifts, accessories, packages, and documents, must be returned together with the receipt. Otherwise we have the right to reject the returning request.
  • When returning the goods, please use the original packaging carton to pack the goods that you want to return. If the original box has been abandoned, please pack the goods with another box and avoid sticking paper or write directly on the packaging of the products.
  • If the goods you request for return or replacement are found defective or damaged during the transportation, we have the right to deduct the refund amount depending on the degree of damage; however, the goods can be unconditionally returned and exchanged due to manufacturing defects.
