Can I exchange or return a product?

We are happy to refund, exchange or replace goods returned to us within 7 days of delivery (including weekend & holidays), provided they are in their original & unused condition. Please refer to our “Return Policy” for additional details.

PLEASE NOTE: Only items purchased on Diskincare. com.tw will be accepted for a return.

If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.

How to calculate free return within 7 days?

According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to a 7-day grace period starting from the day of receiving to return or exchange goods. The product should be returned together with the entire order with its original condition as received in a package. Please contact the customer service upon receiving within the 7-day grace period (including national holidays and weekly days off). The customer service will be of your service.

What do I do if my shipment or product arrived damaged or incorrect?

How long will it take for my refund?

Processing for refund is usually 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received and checked okay. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. It also depends on personal credit card’s processing schedule to refund the amount back to credit card.
